1. Pursuant to § 551.071, Texas Government Code, Consultation with the District's Legal Counsel Regarding Legal and Procedural Issues Concerning Level III FNG Parent Complaint.
2. Pursuant to §§ 551.074 and 551.0821, Texas Government Code, hearing on Level III FNG Parent Complaint and Deliberations Regarding Same
B. Real Property
1. To deliberate the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property if deliberation in an open meeting would have a detrimental effect on the board's position in negotiations with a third person. (Tex. Gov't Code 551.072).
C. Personnel Recommendations
1. To deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer or employee, including Board members, or to hear a complaint or charge against an officer or employee. (Tex. Gov't Code 551.074).
